Today would have been Maya Angelou’s 90th birthday.
I often teach and write on the topic of creativity, and recently I ran across this quote by her:
“You can’t use up creativity.
The more you use,
the more you have.”
What a great reminder to do and be and try and fail and try again. When I teach on the topic of entrepreneurship, we encourage our students to fail fast. The sooner they’ve tried something and realize it doesn’t work, the sooner they can re-calibrate and pivot to work on the next part to get closer to the thing that will work.
I encourage you to be creative today.
